Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange:
• Exchanges are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
• To qualify for an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened and clearly highlighting the defect or damage.

2. Exchange Request Process:
• Submit your exchange request along with the unboxing video and order details within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchange requests submitted after 48 hours or without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

3. Inspection and Approval:
• Once your request is received, our team will review the evidence and confirm if the product is eligible for an exchange.
• Approved exchanges will be processed within 9-12 business days.

4. Non-Exchangeable Situations:
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers.

5. Shipping for Exchanges:
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.
• If the exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds:
• We do not offer refunds for any purchases unless the product is unavailable or out of stock after your order is placed.

2. Refund for Unavailability:
• If a product is unavailable, you will be notified, and the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 9-12 business days.

3. Defective Product Cases:
• In case of a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement, not a refund.

4. Claim Procedure for Refunds:
• If applicable, refund requests must be submitted with proof of purchase and relevant evidence within 48 hours of the issue being identified.

5. Refund Exceptions:
• Refunds will not be provided for incorrect product selection by the customer, minor issues that do not affect functionality, or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.
